Day 1
  • Arrival to Beirut & hotel transfer

Day 2: The National Museum, Down Town Beirut
  • Immerse in Lebanon’s culture and visit Beirut National Museum, full of local archaeology dating back since the prehistoric age. Visit The Museum of Contemporary Art and the famed Beirut Exhibition Center.
  • The museum’s visit is accompanied by an art acclaimed guide.
  • Lunch will be served in “Tawlet” where fresh and organic produces are on the menu.
  • Spend your afternoon in style and walk around “Saifi village’, the urban neighborhood and home of art galleries and Lebanese designers’ shops.

Day 3: Beirut- Jeita – Byblos – Batroun
  • First destination of the day: Jeita Grotto, the Karstic limestone cave was candidate of the new 7 wonders of nature. It is a Lebanese national symbol and a top touristic destination. It is an extraordinary cave with staggering shaped stones.
  • Continue to Batroun, the charming coastal city with small stones streets and citrus groves. One of the oldest cities in the world, Batroun was the center of a caza under the Ottoman rule and the seat of Maronite diocese.
  • The town boasts historic churches, the Saint Stephen Maronite Cathedral overlooking the fishermen’s port & Saint Georges Greek Orthodox church as well as The Miraculous Our Lady of the Sea Church overlooking the Phoenicia wall & castle.
  • Lunch will be served at “Chez Maguy”, the family owned fish & seafood restaurant.
  • Next destination is Byblos, the ancient port and its old Souk.
  • Back to Beirut at sunset for a night of bar hopping in Gemmayzé and lead by a well informed guide in Beirut and its bustling nightlife.

Day 4 : Beirut - Beiteddine – Deir El Qamar
  • Today, we visit Deir El Qamar, « the monastry of the moon » a village consisting of stone houses with red-tiled roofs. Lebanon’s old capital, Deir El qamar is adorned with Emir Palaces and a unique old residential quarter.
  • We will enjoy the private viewing of the historian Hares Boustany’s estate.
  • The visit continues to Beiteddine palace, the masterpiece of the early 19th century Lebanese architecture, with its vast courtyards and beautiful fountains.
  • Back to Beirut for another evening in Beirut’s famous party places and nightclubs

Day 5: Beirut - Tyr - Sidon
  • Departure from the hotel at 9 am. Direction Tyr.
  • Tyr is an ancient Phoenician city, one of the oldest, legendary for its ancient sites including the Roman necropolis, the bathhouse and the Roman hippodrome added to UNESCO list of World heritage sites. It is also famous for its purple dye made from murex sea snails.
  • Lunch will be served at “Walid” restaurant, a typical seafront house serving local fish & seafood.
  • Continue with visiting the Crusaders’ Cathedral, a three-aisled basilica built with local sandstones.
  • On the way back, stop in Sidon and enjoy the visit of Khan El Franj, also name the “Caravanserai of the French”,  the most beautiful and well preserved of all the limestone’s khans. This authentic Souk is full of ateliers of the best craftspeople and artisanal shops like the soap museum and the Palace Debbané, a former Ottoman aristocratic building with interesting historical exhibits.
  • Wander around the narrow streets of Sidon and enjoy the delicacies and sweet specialties.
